A quotation or proforma invoice will then be issued
Payment & Confirmation
Orders proceed once payment is confirmed:
- 50% deposit to confirm & begin production
- 50% balance before shipment
Accepted: bank transfer, Wise, or crypto (USDC / EURC)

Made-to-order items enter production. Ready-stock items are prepared for shipment. We'll keep you updated on timelines throughout.

Due to the size and nature of our home décor products, all wholesale orders ship exclusively by sea freight from Bali.
Buyer Responsibility
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
No Commission Policy
We do not offer commissions, referral fees, or agent fees. All transactions are handled directly with our wholesale partners.
No Copy Design
All products are original designs created by us. Copying or reproducing similar products based on our designs is strictly prohibited.

What are the payment terms?
We operate on a 50/50 split — 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. Production begins only after the initial deposit is received.
We accept bank transfer, Wise, and cryptocurrency (USDC, EURC).
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order values start at $1,000. Larger orders benefit from better wholesale pricing. Reach out through the application form and we'll work with you on a quotation that fits your needs.
Design protection & no-copy policy
All Innoko Living designs are original and protected. We ask all partners to respect our work by not copying, reproducing, or manufacturing similar versions of our products without written permission.
This includes:
- Replicating product designs or concepts
- Producing similar items based on our collections
- Commissioning manufacturers to copy our products
- Selling imitation versions of our designs
Violations may result in removal from our wholesale program and future partnership opportunities. We believe in supporting original creativity, ethical practices, and respect for craftsmanship.
No commission policy

How long does production take?
Timelines depend on the items ordered. Ready-stock pieces ship faster, while made-to-order items require additional production time. Our team provides estimated timelines along with your quotation.
